Welcome to arizonainflatables.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the rental services provided by Inflatables of Arizona, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our site or booking rentals with us, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.
1. Use of Our Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of or restrict the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party. Misuse of this website, including hacking, sending malicious code, or scraping content, is strictly prohibited.
2. Rental Agreement
All rentals made through this site or by phone are subject to our Rental Agreement, which includes safety instructions, delivery details, setup expectations, and equipment use policies. A digital or signed copy of the Rental Agreement must be completed before equipment is delivered.
3. Payments and Deposits
To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before delivery. We accept major credit cards, checks, or cash unless otherwise noted. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled event to receive a refund, excluding the deposit. If cancellation is made within 48 hours of the event or upon delivery, you are responsible for the full rental amount. In case of severe weather that prevents safe use of equipment, a rain check may be issued at our discretion.
5. Equipment Protection and Liability
Customers may purchase Equipment Protection for 7% of the rental total. This covers accidental damage to rental equipment while in your possession but excludes theft, intentional damage, or misuse. It does not cover personal injuries or property damage.
Customers are responsible for the care and safe use of all equipment during the rental period. The customer assumes full responsibility for injuries or damages caused by improper use or failure to follow safety guidelines.
6. Delivery and Setup
We will deliver and set up equipment at the agreed-upon time and location. You must ensure there is a clear, level area for setup. If we are unable to deliver due to inaccessible sites or unsafe conditions, additional fees may apply, or delivery may be canceled without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including images, text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of Inflatables of Arizona, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
9. Limitation of Liability
Inflatables of Arizona, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including website outages or errors. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
